Die Befunde aus westlichen Ländern werden mit Studien aus Asien insbesondere Japan verglichen.

Der dritte theoretische Themenblock stellt die transaktionale, transformationelle und laissez-faire Führung vor (Eagly & Johanessen-Schmidt, 2003) und untersucht Ergebnisse aus Japan und Asien. Als letztes wird das Konzept der paternalistischen Führung erklärt, einem Führungsstil, der verbreitet in asiatischen Ländern ist und mit dem sich die interkulturelle Psychologie beschäftigt. Ergebnisse aus vier Ländern werden mit Fokus auf Japan verglichen. Im Diskussionsteil wird auf die Bedeutung der Kulturkomponente sowie die Anpassung der Messinstrumente in der sozialpsychologischen Forschung eingegangen.

Die vorliegende Arbeit geht der Frage nach, in wie fern das Ausmaß des Handlungsspielraums einer Arbeitstätigkeit einen Einfluss auf das Empfinden oder auf die Verarbeitung von pressure hat. Da für die Arbeitseffizienz die Arbeitszufriedenheit und - motivation im Unternehmen eine große Rolle spielt, haben Vorüberlegungen zur Arbeitsgestaltung eine wichtige Auswirkung auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit.
In Hinblick auf die Fragestellung nach den Bedingungen einer persönlichkeitsförderlichen Arbeitsgestaltung nimmt die Diskussion um die Flexibilitätsförderung durch Erweiterung der Handlungsspielräume eine Schlüsselstellung ein. Monotonie, Einseitigkeit und hohe Fremdbestimmung - die Kennzeichen einer Tätigkeit mit geringem Handlungsspielraum - begünstigen die Empfindung, einer belastenden state of affairs ausgesetzt zu sein und somit die Entstehung von Stress.

Le violenze psicologiche, di qualsiasi forma e grado, sono sempre generate all’interno di un contesto relazionale ristretto. L’attore della violenza psicologica è di fatto motivato a mettere in atto comportamenti aggressivi consistent with difendere il proprio ambiente che ritiene minacciato dalla vittima. L’obbiettivo di questi comportamenti è sempre volto all’esclusione o all’annientamento del bersaglio della violenza.
Questi comportamenti avvengono soprattutto laddove carnefice e vittima condividono uno stesso spazio fisico, che sia l. a. famiglia o il luogo di lavoro.
È importante sottolineare che le vittime di queste violenze psicologiche possono a loro volta diventare i carnefici e viceversa. los angeles condizione ambientale unita al particolare momento storico e alla disposizione del soggetto determinano l. a. possibilità di diventare bersaglio o attore di comportamenti violenti. Dal punto di vista clinico va anche sottolineato che spesso vittima e carnefice si incontrano non a caso, l’uno fornisce all’altro los angeles possibilità di agire o di subire quei comportamenti violenti.
Alcuni di questi comportamenti assumono los angeles forma di un vero e proprio reato, soprattutto, a causa dei danni che possono provocare. L’annientamento dell’altro cui mira una violenza psicologica non di rado porta los angeles vittima a commettere gesti auto-lesionistici gravi.
